Goshen Devotional
Reading taken from Genesis chapter 6 & 7.
This is the account of Noah and his family. Noah was a righteous man, blameless among the people of his time, and he walked faithfully with God. - Genesis 6:9
The Lord then said to Noah, “Go into the ark, you and your whole family, because I have found you righteous in this generation. - Genesis 7:1
- Be righteous, be blameless and walk faithfully with God.
- Even when there is great wickedness in the world, you can still find favour in the eyes of the Lord.
- The darker the world, the more your righteousness stands out.
- Do not let anyone snuff out your light.
- You will be different and stand out even amongst believers when you obey God.
- Be like Noah, build your ark and ignore the naysayers. You are called and chosen by God. He will save you and your "whole family".
